By booking a tour package, using our website, or availing services from Trip to Nathdwara, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Policy
Bookings are subject to hotel availability, transportation availability, and receipt of advance payment. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Trip to Nathdwara.
2. Package Pricing
Prices depend on travel dates, accommodation category, transportation requirements, and group size. Prices may change until final booking confirmation.
3. Payment Policy
Advance payment may be required. Remaining payment must be completed before travel commencement.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after deducting applicable hotel, transportation, service, and banking charges. Processing may take 7–15 business days.
6. Hotel Accommodation Policy
Check-in and check-out timings are governed by hotel policies. Special requests are subject to availability.
7. Transportation Policy
Travelers must follow agreed schedules and driver instructions. Additional travel beyond the itinerary may incur extra charges.
8. Darshan & Temple Visits
Temple timings and darshan schedules are controlled by temple authorities. We cannot guarantee specific darshan timings or VIP access availability.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
10. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, following local laws, respecting religious customs, and arriving on time
11. Limitation of Liability
Trip to Nathdwara acts as a travel facilitator and is not liable for losses caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Rajasthan.
